Friars Road, Friars Cliff
Phase 1 commenced October 2002 consisting of total refurbishment including
new heating system, rewire,new kitchen, bathroom and complete re-decoration
throughout.
Existing sunroom and lean to extension demolished and new conservatory
constructed.
Phase 2 Construct double garage, new boundary walls to the front of
property. New driveway including drainage facilities. Re-decoration of
property exterior and renewal of guttering.
